To submit reviews or claim a listing, you must sign in using Google authentication. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content, you:

• Grant RateDaycare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform
• Confirm that your content is based on genuine personal experience
• Agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Acknowledge that we may remove content that violates these terms at our sole discretion

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the platform for advertising or commercial solicitation

6. Daycare Listings

Daycare information on our platform is compiled from publicly available sources and user contributions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all listing information is current or complete. Daycare providers may claim and update their listings by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RateDaycare is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The information provided is accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any daycare listed meets specific standards of quality or safety

Parents are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting daycare providers. We strongly recommend visiting facilities in person and verifying licensing and credentials independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateDaycare and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, reliance on any information provided, or any interaction with daycare providers found through our platform.
